Rancourt Files an OLRB Application against Allan Rock and the University of Ottawa

Rancourt submits that Allan Rock and the University of Ottawa have repudiated and disregarded the Collective Agreement (labour law) by refusing to process three of Rancourt's duly filed grievances:
- G25 - Covert surveillance of a professor and of students (LINK to Grievance)
